Inspector Bob Kramer has been a Home Inspector since 1999. He is a retired Air Force firefighter with 12 years experience as a fire inspector/investigator. His experience as a fire inspector coupled with being a home buying consumer himself, provided the desire to be a part of the Home Inspection profession. His degree and advanced training includes work in inspection processes, building design and building construction. He is a certified graduate of a Home Inspection Training School and maintains professional memberships and associations that help ensure he maintains an edge in an ever evolving industry. As a member of the National Association of Home Inspectors he has achieved the designation of Certified Real Estate Inspector (CRI). This designation is bestowed upon home inspectors who demonstrate their knowledge and proficiency in all aspects of home inspections. This level of achievement is awarded by the National Association of Home Inspectors to members who demonstrate the necessary experience and knowledge to earn accreditation of CRI.
